First HL7 member from Baltic countries

Assistentis, Healthcare IT specialist company from Latvia, has become first HL7 organisational member from whole Baltic countries. 

HL7 is a public organisation developing core standards which are globally used for Health IT solutions. Most of todays e-health solutions, hospital and clinical data solutions, medical equipment are based on HL7 documents and data structures. Assistentis is using HL7 data structures as fundament for it's HIS development platform.
